Microsoft has revealed that there will be three manufacturers are Acer, ZTE, and Fujitsu, who will join in 2011 is to make Windows-based handset Phone. The news was finally confirmed after Acer showcased W4, Phone Mango's first Windows smartphone at Computex event held in Taiwan in last May 2011.

This specification seems to be the standard for handset Mango others because Microsoft has set strict rules against handsets that will use the latest mobile operating system is homemade. Acer itself reveals that the demand for this specification may be burdensome for very specific manufacturer.
