Android and iOS Remain Dominate

HP has given up, the Nokia though still not seen blunt with Symbian but their development was focused on Windows 7 Phone, Blackberry OS (likely) will be late and turned into QNX, then who else will follow?

Since its introduction in 2007, Apple's iPhone to show the world what it is supposed to be his smartphone and redefining the meaning of smart phones. The more mature the iPhone and its IOS, make a few competitors in the smartphone arena should be extra work and speed up their work. Google did about a year after the iPhone was released by releasing the first Android phone, HTC Dream, and with the ongoing updates to finalize the potential of Android and quickly also attracted the attention of gadget lovers until it slowly began to master the share of smartphone OS in the beginning of this year.

And what about the others? Without discouraging the ability of WebOS, many lamented the bad hardware made by Palm to play a WebOS and marketing is not maximum. The purchase of 1.2 billion dollars by HP last year was expected to accelerate the growth of WebOS, but unfortunately the HP just went 'mistakes' made by Palm. Ending of this story was already clear because it was not until two years, HP officially out of business smartphones and tablet WebOS. HP Touchpad on sale, cheap price only 99 dollars and 149 dollars for 16 and 32GB capacity simply to spend the stock in the warehouse.

If WebOS who had promised at the beginning are now near death, who is about to penetrate the dominance of IOS and Android? When asked at the IDC, they replied that Windows 7 Phone in 2015 will have the momentum to raise the prestige of non IOS OS-Android smartphones, thanks to Nokia. IDC estimates that four more years Phone Windows 7 will be the power number two with 20.3% under the control of Android with 43.8% and above the iPhone IOS which controls 16.9%.

Still according to IDC, Windows 7 Phone has in common with the OS and IOS WebOS, well-designed, clean, easy to use and sexy, but the hardware of mobile Windows 7 Phone is currently less able to take care of consumers to compete with the iPhone 4 and troops upper class of Android.

But is Nokia will make Windows 7 Phone market increased to 20% but now Microsoft only have a share of no more than 4%. Then Motorola and Google deal is also expected to make producers of other Android square off in the future Google will be an alternative if the golden boy to his Motorola.
Do not forget that RIM also recently announced the three types (5 models) the new Blackberry which is certainly targeting the enterprise and consumer greater. So far any BlackBerry with OS 7 it gets a nice critique related to its hardware and software capabilities. Bada? Well, it looks like Samsung jor-rod look less horrendous world with Bada and still prefer the focus to the Galaxy series are shown to increase the prestige of the Samsung a few months. Symbian? If as planned, this OS will die 5 years.

So far the accuracy and maximization when choosing OS phones have a big impact in the company's future hardware. Motorola V3 that had a fit since the series began to climb since the Droid, the old Sony Ericsson Walkman and Cybershot lulled by also increasing its return spurs for the Xperia series, and do not forget that HTC is now in the top 10 world's biggest maker of mobile phones with Android smartphone capital and some Windows 7 Phone series. Not to mention Nokia's (probably) see the Symbian and MeeGo a long time to grow up to select a shortcut with the adoption of Windows 7 Phone before their market freefall.

Based on data from Gartner, Android phones owned approximately 43.4% of users of smartphones, Symbian followed by 22.1%, and the IOS to 18.2%. Although Symbian still control one-fifth of the smartphone market, but its trend is declining and at present Android - IOS impressed still untouched by competitors.
