Samsung is currently at odds with Apple on the green table, for those who do not know yet is because Apple claims that the South Korean manufacturer has just copied the design of Apple products. Looks like this while the wind is blowing more toward Apple.
Aka authorities take care of the case is the judge who asked Samsung to give apple some samples from each of smartphones and tablet to be released Samsung (just like they have been released). Then Apple's legal team will study samples of the product is whether it is true copy of Apple products.
Some Samsung products such as S Galaxy II, Galaxy Tab 8.9, Tab Galaxy 10.1, infuse the 4G, and Verizon LTE 4G Droid Charge. If the team finds a new device that allegedly is the imitation / copying, it will be proposed ban on such devices to be sold in America.
Of course this is a big blow to Samsung, let alone a very large share of American phone and Korean manufacturers already have a collection of best selling products that are ready to flood the market.
Is there a conspiracy from Apple or from the U.S. government for domestically made products more in demand there? There is no clear evidence about it, that Apple themselves would still need the Samsung as a supplier of key components of its products. There should be a way for them to make peace.
