Twice Sony's Playstation Network has been attacked by hackers paralyzed. Paralysis of the network for the PS3 and PSP users that clearly cause no small loss for Sony. Companies from Japan's at least have to pay a total of 171 million dollars due to the cessation of the PSN service and system improvement and accountability to the aggrieved consumer.
171 million dollars was used Sony to fix all kinds related to network security, additional services to customers, the addition of security systems, as well as legal fees to prosecute this case. Funds were also allocated to 'seduce' consumers and show good faith if the company had tried their best to customer satisfaction.
In total, Sony is expected to lose 3.2 billion dollars in the first quarter of this year ending 31 March, largely due to a large earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan.
