Apple and Samsung Dispute Settled Out of Court
As we all know, Apple has recently completed a patent problems with Nokia by negotiating and paying royalties. This step seems also being pursued by the party who was at odds with Apple Samsung allegations about plagiarism on products made by Samsung.
This information was obtained from the news which says that a judge handling the case have suggested that both companies resolve out of court. Meanwhile, a lawyer also said that Apple top executives of Apple and Samsung is currently conducting a high-level talks on last Friday. Unfortunately there is no further information about the results of this meeting.
The case between Apple and Samsung is entering the stage attack each other where the two companies asking to see the products of competitors each both smartphones and tablets. Samsung has been ordered by the court to show their gadgets to Apple because Apple is accused of these products mimic the technology owned by Apple.
